Force Turbos pump fuel turbo system is designed specifically for Can-Am Maverick Trail® units.   
 
With a boost level of 5 psi and high-volume design, you are sure to get the additional horsepower you are looking for with minimal stress on the motor.  Your Maverick Trail will see a dramatic horsepower increase to the wheels from 69 RWHP to near and above 108RWHP and from 36 ft-lbs torque stock to 68 ft-lbs torque.

Turbo system comes complete with fuel controller with base map,  Wideband,  all turbo components.

  • Hows the tuning process? I have hear story's and seen reviews thar you may not be able to turn correctly? do you guys tune inhouse?

    • Turbo System Development:
      • Research and Design: This phase involves researching the specific engine platform and designing a turbo system tailored to its characteristics. Factors like engine displacement, compression ratio, desired power output, and intended use (dirt, trail, track, etc.) are taken into account.
      • Prototype Fabrication: Once the design is finalized, prototypes are fabricated. This may involve custom fabrication of exhaust manifolds, intake piping, intercoolers, and other components to fit the vehicle properly and optimize performance.
      • Work with outside ECU calibrators to dissect the base files and proper calibration needs to support a turboed application.
      • Testing and Iteration: Prototypes are tested on dyno setups or real-world scenarios to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety. Data collected during testing is used to refine the design and iterate until desired results are achieved.
      • Dyno Tuning: The vehicle is tuned on a dynamometer (dyno) to optimize fueling, ignition timing, boost levels, and other parameters for maximum performance and reliability. This process may involve multiple dyno pulls and adjustments to achieve the desired results.
      • Trail testing in environment after dyno tuning, the vehicle is trail-tested to ensure drivability, reliability, and performance in real-world conditions.
      • Production: After successful testing and iteration, the final design is put into production. Components are manufactured, assembled, and packaged for sale to customers.
    • In-House Installation and Tuning:
      • Customer Consultation: Prior to installation, the customer's goals, preferences, and budget are discussed to determine the most suitable turbo setup.
      • Installation: Experienced technicians install the turbo system and any associated components (Turbo charger, intercooler, waste gate, blow-off valve, etc.) best practices.
      • Dyno Tuning: if customer wants that service and pays for the time : The vehicle is tuned on a dynamometer (dyno) to optimize fueling, ignition timing, boost levels, and other parameters for maximum performance and reliability. This process may involve multiple dyno pulls and adjustments to achieve the desired results.
      • Road Testing: The vehicle is road-tested to ensure drivability, reliability, and performance in real-world conditions.
    • Remote Tuning:
      • Follow Instructions: It's crucial for the end user to follow the turbo company's instructions precisely regarding installation, data logging, and any other procedures. Deviating from these instructions can result in suboptimal performance or even damage to the engine.
      • Feedback Communication: Be prepared to provide clear and timely feedback to the turbo company regarding the vehicle's performance, drivability, and any issues encountered during the tuning process is essential for achieving satisfactory results.
      • Initial Setup: The customer installs the turbo system and any required supporting modifications based on guidelines provided by the turbo company.
      • Data Logging: The customer performs data logging using a diagnostic tool, Flash tool, or software to record engine parameters during different driving conditions.vThe end user must accurately log data during driving conditions as instructed by the turbo company. Any inaccuracies in data logging can lead to incorrect tuning adjustments.
      • Remote Consultation: The customer sends the logged data to the turbo company's tuner, who analyzes it remotely and makes adjustments to the engine calibration accordingly.
      • Iterative Process: The tuner sends revised calibration files back to the customer, who uploads them to the vehicle's engine management system and performs additional data logging as needed.
      • Fine-Tuning: This step is the hardest and most critical. Patience and time in this process continues iteratively until the tuner and customer are satisfied with the performance, drivability, and reliability of the tuned setup.
