Shipping, Delivery, and Shipping Protection Policy

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible, and often will get in-stock items ready to ship on a same day basis (2pm MST is our typical cutoff time). 

Due to current events and supply chain shortages, our lead times have increased.  It's our priority to maintain communication with our customers, and we strive to give order updates as they are available.

You will receive a tracking number sent to your email as soon as products are shipped. 

Not all products will be shipped from our Force turbos warehouses. Some may be drop shipped or shipped from warehouses that are closer to you location.

BACKORDERED PRODUCTS

When a product is backordered we will typically let you know either on the product page, via an email, or both.  Our backordered products typically take up to 14 days to ship.

Transfer of Responsibility & Risk of Loss

Force Turbos fulfills orders by tendering shipments to third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers).

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier.

At that point:

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer

  • Force Turbos’ fulfillment obligation is considered complete

  • Delivery timing, handling, and final placement are outside Force Turbos’ control

Shipping Protection Plan (Optional)

Force Turbos offers an optional Shipping Protection Plan for customers who want coverage beyond carrier handoff.

Shipping Protection Details:

  • Cost: 5% of the invoice total

  • Coverage applies to:

    • Lost shipments

    • Stolen shipments

    • Shipments marked “delivered” but not received

  • Coverage is valid only if purchased at checkout

  • Shipping Protection is not retroactive

Customers who decline Shipping Protection assume all risk related to loss, theft, or non-delivery once the carrier takes possession.

Uninsured Shipments – No Liability

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Force Turbos does not cover or reimburse for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Theft after delivery (including porch theft or unauthorized access)

  • Carrier errors, misdelivery, or delays

  • Lost or missing packages

In these cases, the customer must pursue resolution directly with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Confirmation as Proof

Carrier delivery confirmation, GPS scan data, timestamps, and tracking records constitute conclusive proof of delivery for Force Turbos.

Claims based solely on non-receipt without Shipping Protection will be denied.

Shipping Damage

Visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photos and packaging documentation.

Failure to report within this window may result in claim denial.

Chargeback & Dispute Protection (Shipping-Related)

By completing a purchase with Force Turbos, the customer expressly agrees that:

  • A carrier “Delivered” status fulfills Force Turbos’ shipping obligation

  • Chargebacks filed for lost, stolen, or missing packages without Shipping Protection are invalid

  • Force Turbos may contest such chargebacks using:

    • Proof of delivery

    • Carrier scan records

    • Policy acceptance at checkout

Force Turbos reserves the right to deny future purchases and recover administrative costs associated with fraudulent or abusive disputes.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and secure delivery address

  • Ensuring safe receipt of packages

  • Selecting Shipping Protection if theft or loss coverage is desired

Final Shipping Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Shipping Protection is optional and clearly disclosed

  • Risk transfers upon carrier acceptance

  • Force Turbos is not responsible for post-delivery theft or loss unless Shipping Protection is purchased

  • These terms are binding and enforceable
