How does this turbo do on trails that have lots of water?
It does very well it is a sealed system. Meaning it is good to be swamped. Just remember to get the Water proof grade scavenge pump as an add on.

What oil do you recommend with this Ranger 1000 kit? I live in the Southeast US. Thanks.
Hello,
We always recommend running the manufacture spec oil or better. We also recommend changing your oil in half the cycles of manufacture specs. This will keep your engine running the best it can. Because with double the air come double the air contaminates that move through your engine. Non-Contaminated oil the life blood of the engine

Not at the moment 1-15-2024 we do not make a turo system for the Ranger Diesel. We do not get much call for them.

Can ya get a turbo kit for a 2021 Polaris Ranger with a side mount exhaust
Yes, We can make an add-on pipe that will connect the rear-mount turbo system to a side-mount muffler header. There is an extra cost for this product. Give us a call or shoot us an email for pricing.

Whats the typical install time and compentcy level required?
The install time on this product is between 10-12 hrs. This is just an estimate. The exact time could be faster or slower depending on the conditions and tools available. You must have basic tools, some knowledge of engine mechanics, and how to set up a turbo vehicle.

Does it come with injectors and map sensor? What kind of reliability have you seen on these with stock motors? Any head gasket issues?
Yes this turbo system comes with bigger injectors and a 3-bar map sensor. We have had very good reliability. Your engine is good up to approx. 7 psi. boost pressure above that you will need to add our Ranger water to air charge tube assembly, change the head studs, and put low compression pistons in it. For boost levels over 12 psi you will need to get your crank welded, different connecting rods, and a manual timing chain adjuster. At 12 psi you will be pushing approx 145 RWHP. Turbo systems are typically 3 days to ship.
Will only fit a rear-mounted muffler. Contact us if you have a side-mounted muffler.
