  • What about the increased crankcase pressure does this kit come with a breathable oil cap that exhausts to the catch can?

    Our turbo system does not come with that product.  But it could be added if you would like.

    Crank case pressure is a concern with all motors seals and oil movement with inside the motor are effected with alot of crank case pressure. 

    Our turbo system is sent out running 5 Psi. That amount of pressure in a high volume low pressure turbo system is not enough to cause problems.  If you want to to go to 200 RWHP then there are some items that should be considered and crank case pressure is one of them.

  • Would there be any concerns plowing snow with an expedition after installing a turbo system?

    No,  there is not any concerns at all.

    Works just the same as stock. 

  • Can it be used on bone stock machine?

    Hello,

    Yes, this turbo system was builkt to work on bone stock machines. The only other thing you need to do is change the clutching ( arms and primary spring) to control the extra power.

  • Will this work on the 2025 model?

    Yes this will work on the 2025 model. 

  • Where does the intercooler get mounted.

    The intercooler get mounted in the charge tube. Placement is on the left side of the vehilce as the charge tube leaves the turbo.
    The heat exchanger/ radiator come with mounting to fit in the front of the rear left fender well. If this does not work for placemnet becuse your application is differnt, then you can mount the heat exchanger/ radiator anywhere on the vehicle.
    The heat exchanger/ radiator coolant fill valve mounts next to the coolant fill on the vehicle.
